The CESIPC UPC-302F is a fanless embedded industrial PC built on the FlexCore™ modular architecture, powered by 12th Gen Intel® Core™ i3/i5/i7 processors. Its standout feature is 14 USB ports, which can simultaneously connect cameras, scanners, touchscreens and other peripherals — meeting the high-density device connectivity needs of self-service terminals, POS systems and laboratory automation. It supports 4× COM, 2× LAN, HDMI + VGA dual display output and 9~36V wide-voltage DC power, operates at 0~60℃ and uses a high-strength aluminum-alloy body — ideal for airport systems, smart manufacturing and industrial automation.

The unit provides 14 USB ports (a mix of USB 3.0 and USB 2.0). Purpose-designed for multi-peripheral scenarios such as airport self-service kiosks, retail POS and lab instruments.
2× Intel Gigabit Ethernet for multi-device coordination across PLCs, SCADA and vision systems. Low-latency, low-loss, stable transmission.
1× Mini-PCIe slot with optional dual-band Wi-Fi / Bluetooth / 4G / 5G modules, flexibly adapting to on-site networking.
9-36V DC wide-voltage input via a Phoenix or 2-pin terminal, with four-way protection against over-voltage, over-current, reverse polarity and surge.
Built on the FlexCore™ four-element architecture: i-Core compute + i-Function expansion + i-Connect I/O + Smart Thermal control. Unified interfaces, structure and power with free expansion.
One-piece die-cast finned cooling in 6061 high-strength aluminum alloy with zero moving parts — maintenance-free, dust- and vibration-resistant, for industrial endurance.
Four protection mechanisms working together: ① power protection (over-voltage / over-current / reverse polarity / surge) + ② backup power (smart lithium-battery power-loss buffering) + ③ start/stop control (auto power-on when energized) + ④ system self-recovery (watchdog + fault restart).
An independent power-logic circuit triggers the power-on signal, without relying on the BIOS. It restarts automatically once power is restored, keeping unattended deployments running continuously.
6061 high-strength aluminum alloy + sheet-metal structure for an industrial-grade rugged body. VESA-standard wall mount, with TPM 2.0 + watchdog for dual security.
