EdgeSync™
Industrial Edge Execution Architecture
EdgeSync™ is a system-level execution architecture for industrial edge devices. Built around data acquisition, control assist, HMI interaction, AI inference, communication links and task orchestration, it brings the familiar input-process-output workflow together locally on the device. So even when the network is unstable, the cloud is unreachable or latency budgets are tight, equipment keeps its core on-site judgment, status feedback and task-execution capabilities.

EdgeSync™ adds edge-device execution capability — it does not replace PLC / SCADA / MES
EdgeSync™ is designed to strengthen the local acquisition, interface coordination, AI inference, task orchestration and status feedback of industrial edge devices. Specific protocol support, real-time levels, multi-node synchronization methods and software interfaces must be confirmed against the processor platform, NIC configuration, operating system, driver environment and project software.

Acquisition
Unifies access to multi-channel data sources such as sensors, fieldbuses and protocol gateways, with data aggregation and preprocessing tailored to project needs.
Control
Supports local control assist, state linkage and I/O interlocks, reducing the dependence of critical field actions on network stability.
HMI
Interacts with FrontOps™ panel PCs and local interfaces so operators can step in right at the work site.
Gateway
Builds the data path from the device to host systems, the central control room or the cloud, with on-demand uplink and local preprocessing.
AI Inference
With Jetson, GPU or NPU support, performs visual inspection, defect recognition, state assessment and predictive analytics.
Communication
Adapts industrial protocols such as Modbus, OPC UA, EtherCAT and MQTT, plus 4G/5G/Wi-Fi/wired links, to project requirements.
Task Execution
Coordinates input, processing and output tasks inside the device, then feeds results back to the HMI, host system or field control nodes.

Critical actions are completed inside the local device first, reducing the latency and uncertainty of sending data to the cloud and back.

Cross-node data access with consistency guarantees, supporting publish/subscribe, shared memory and state-machine sync.

Cross-device task orchestration and dependency management, linking sensing → control → AI → HMI roles across nodes.
