🛡 Warranty Terms

All standard CESIPC products carry a 2-year free warranty from the purchase date. Within the warranty period, hardware failures caused by normal use are repaired or replaced free of charge.

Warranty Coverage

  • Motherboards, power supplies, I/O interfaces and chassis structural components
  • Boot failures on pre-installed systems (limited to the configuration shipped)

Out of Warranty

  • Damage from misuse, drops, liquid ingress, over-voltage or unauthorized modification
  • Consumable components (batteries, fans and storage media that reach end of life)
  • Stability issues caused by third-party software or custom OS images

Extended Warranty

Optional 3-year / 5-year extended warranty is available. Strategic projects can sign 7×24 on-site service SLAs. Contact sales: +86-755-85286060.

↩ Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA)

Any product returned for service or replacement requires a valid RMA number in advance — unauthorized returns cannot be processed.

RMA Process

  1. Email sales@cesipc.com or call +86-755-85286060 with the SN / model number and a failure description
  2. Our support team replies within 1 business day with the RMA number and return address
  3. Pack the unit per our guidelines and ship it (insurance is recommended)
  4. Once received, diagnosis and repair are completed within 5-7 business days and the unit is shipped back

Note: Out-of-warranty repairs are billed by actual labor hours and parts cost; a quotation is provided and confirmed before service begins.

📢 End-of-Life (EOL) Notices

CESIPC publishes End-of-Life (EOL) notices in the News Center, giving customers at least 6 months of advance warning, including:

  • EOL model, last order date and last shipment date
  • Recommended successor models (same form factor / same I/O upgrade)
  • Post-EOL service: standard 2-year warranty from purchase date stays intact; spare parts available for up to 5 years

Q: How do I choose? Which Ops platform fits my application?

Q: Do you support low-volume customization (white-label / OEM / ODM)?

A: Yes. We offer flexible manufacturing from 5-50 unit pilot batches to 100-1000 unit mass production. Customizable: enclosure logo, I/O configuration, pre-installed OS, color scheme and packaging. MOQ and pricing depend on the project — contact sales for details.

Q: What are your standard lead times?

A: Stocked models ship in 3-7 business days; make-to-order models in 3-4 weeks; custom solutions in 6-8 weeks (including sample validation). Rush orders are available at a 15-20% premium.

Q: Which operating systems are supported?

A: Standard support for Windows 10/11 IoT LTSC, Ubuntu 20.04/22.04, Debian and Kylin (China domestic). AI series supports NVIDIA JetPack 5/6. Customer-supplied OS images can be pre-installed for OEM orders.

Q: Can overseas customers purchase directly?

A: Yes. Our international trade team supports FOB / CIF / DDP terms and accepts USD / RMB / EUR settlement. Full export certifications are in place (CE / FCC / RoHS).

Q: Can you guarantee long-term supply? My project needs a 5-year horizon.

A: Yes. Our FlexCore™ modular platform is designed for 5-7 year long-term supply. Strategic projects can sign a Lifecycle Support Agreement (LSA) to lock BOM, pricing and spare parts.
