- Consumable components (batteries, fans, storage media that have reached end of life)
- Stability issues of third-party software or custom OS images
Extended Warranty
A 3-year or 5-year extended warranty is available. For key projects, a 24/7 on-site service SLA can be arranged. For details, contact sales: 0755-85286060.
🔋 Lithium Battery Use & Care
🔋 Lithium Battery Use & Care
Some industrial computer products are equipped with a built-in or external lithium battery module. To ensure safety and extend battery life, please read these notes carefully before use.
1. Battery Characteristics
Lithium batteries are consumable components. Their capacity gradually declines with usage time, charge cycles, ambient temperature and usage habits. Reduced capacity and shorter runtime are normal aging, and are not covered by the free warranty.
If, within the free warranty period, our inspection confirms a fault caused by the battery's own quality, an abnormal protection board, or non-human factors, it will be handled under our after-sales policy.
2. Daily Use Recommendations
- Use the supplied charger or an adapter approved by us; avoid mismatched or low-quality chargers.
- Avoid fully draining the battery before recharging; frequent deep discharge shortens its life.
- When idle for long periods, keep some charge and recharge every 2-3 months to avoid deep depletion.
- Do not leave the device in high heat, direct sun or humid or enclosed hot environments.
- Avoid dropping, heavy pressure, squeezing, impact or casing deformation.
- If you notice swelling, odor, overheating or charging anomalies, stop use immediately and contact us.
3. Cases Not Covered by the Free Warranty
Battery faults or damage caused by the following are not covered by the free warranty:
- Normal capacity decline and shorter runtime;
- Inability to charge or capacity loss due to long-term depleted storage;
- Faults from liquid ingress, moisture, high heat / direct sun, corrosion or foreign objects;
- Damage from drops, squeezing, impact or casing deformation;
- Faults from using non-original or unapproved chargers / power adapters;
- Faults from unauthorized disassembly, battery replacement, modification, short-circuit or repair;
- Faults from exceeding the specified operating environment or improper use;
- Damage from force majeure such as fire, flood, lightning or abnormal voltage.
4. Safety Notes
⚠ Lithium batteries must never be disassembled, punctured, squeezed, short-circuited, thrown into fire or immersed in water.
To replace a battery, please contact us or a service technician approved by us. Faults, safety risks or property loss caused by unauthorized disassembly, non-original battery replacement or mismatched chargers are borne by the customer.
5. After-Sales Contact
For any battery-related anomaly, please provide the product model, serial number (SN), fault description, and on-site photos or video, and contact our after-sales team.
These notes apply to CESIPC products configured with a lithium battery. Where a specific project or contract states otherwise, the documents mutually confirmed by both parties prevail.
↩ Return Authorization (RMA)
For any product that needs to be returned or repaired, please request an RMA number first; we are unable to process unauthorized returns.
How to Apply
- Email sales@cesipc.com or call 0755-85286060 with the SN/product model and a description of the fault
- Our team replies within 1 business day with an RMA number and the return address
- Pack the product carefully per our instructions and ship it back (insurance recommended)
- Within 5–7 business days of receipt, we complete diagnosis and repair, then ship it back
Note: Out-of-warranty repairs are billed by actual labor hours and parts cost; we provide a quote for your approval before proceeding.
📢 End-of-Life (EOL) Notices
CESIPC regularly publishes End-of-Life (EOL) notices in the News section, giving customers ≥6 months advance notice of:
- The discontinued model, last-order date and last-shipment date
- Recommended replacement models (upgrades with the same form factor / same interfaces)
- Post-EOL service commitments: warranty stays 1 year from purchase date; spare parts can be ordered for up to 5 years
❓ Frequently Asked Questions
Q: How do I choose? Which Ops platform fits my application?
A: Match it to your on-site needs — box computing (no display) → ComputeOps™; with a touchscreen → FrontOps™; wet/food/pharma environments requiring washdown → CleanOps™; mobile, handheld or portable use → FieldOps™. You can also visit the Solutions Center to match by industry.
Q: Can you do small-batch customization (white-label / OEM / ODM)?
A: Yes. We offer flexible manufacturing from 5–50 trial units → 100–1,000 units in mass production. Customizable items include the enclosure logo, interface configuration, pre-installed OS, color and packaging box. MOQ and pricing depend on the project — contact sales for details.
Q: What is the standard lead time?
A: In-stock models ship in 3–7 business days; build-to-order models take 3–4 weeks; custom solutions take 6–8 weeks (including prototype validation). Rush orders can be expedited (for an additional 15–20% fee).
Q: Which operating systems can you provide?
A: We support Windows 10/11 IoT LTSC, Ubuntu 20.04/22.04, Debian and Kylin (domestic OS) as standard. The AI series supports NVIDIA JetPack 5/6. For OEM orders, we can pre-install a customer-specified image.
Q: Can overseas customers buy directly?
A: Yes. We have an international trade department supporting FOB / CIF / DDP and other trade terms, with settlement in USD / RMB / EUR. We hold full export certifications (CE / FCC / RoHS).
Q: Can you guarantee long-term supply? My project needs a 5-year supply.
A: Yes. Our FlexCore™ modular platform is designed for 5–7 years of long-term supply. For major projects, we can sign an LSA (Lifecycle Support Agreement) to lock in the BOM, pricing and spare parts.
Q: How do I reach technical support?
A: By email at sales@cesipc.com, by phone at 0755-85286060, or via live inquiry. We respond online on business days from 9:00 to 18:00; for urgent cases, leave a message and we will reply within 24 hours.
