Shenzhen Cloud Embedded Technology Co., Ltd. (CESIPC) has officially launched its in-house emergency communications visual command & dispatch platform. Built around a triple-screen portable dispatch console, a range of front-end capture devices, and a converged communications software platform, the system fully integrates voice, video, location, and data into an efficient and reliable emergency communications solution.
Core Hardware — Triple-Screen Portable Dispatch Console (MPC-AS-W150 Series)
- Three 15.6" displays that unfold as integrated primary and secondary screens, light enough for a single operator to carry
- Intel i7 + 32 GB + 2 TB NVMe for on-site data processing, AI inference, and video fusion
- EMC-shielded glass for strong resistance to electromagnetic interference
- 24,000 mAh high-capacity battery plus a 9–36 V wide-voltage input, running 8+ hours in the field with no mains power
Three types of front-end capture devices — a 5G video backpack, rugged single-operator terminals (TPC series), and 4G/5G cameras — keep communications flowing back to base even in remote disaster zones or wilderness with no public network, using BeiDou short messaging, satellite links, and self-organizing MESH networks.
Converged communications software platform: a unified, in-house platform supporting push-to-talk dispatch (PoC), video conferencing, GIS mapping, task assignment, and data archiving. Voice, video, location, and sensor data from every terminal are fused locally through the EdgeSync™ coordination mechanism, so decisions can still be made on-site even when the cloud is unreachable.
The platform is already being trialed across several provincial emergency-management agencies, fire and rescue services, and 120 ambulance dispatch systems, delivering a 40% faster disaster response and a 60% gain in cross-department coordination. System integrators in emergency response, firefighting, medical rescue, and defense are welcome to contact us for full details.
